The Founder: Building something from scratch

For over 15 years I built Cut Media from a couple of people with a camera and big ideas into an internationally recognised agency working with brands including Red Bull, Nike, Discovery and adidas.

The work was exciting, but building the business was where most of the learning happened.

Like many founders, I've spent years navigating growth, hiring, cash flow, client relationships, strategy and all the uncertainty that comes with trying to build something meaningful.

That's why I enjoy working with founders and leadership teams. I've been where you are.

Today I'm particularly interested in advisory, trustee and non-executive roles where I can help ambitious organisations think more clearly, avoid a few pitfalls and spot opportunities they might otherwise miss.
